Shipping Policy
Important Information - Domestic Shipping
At Zevar Club, our goal is to ensure your orders are delivered promptly and without any inconvenience. We process and dispatch orders within 48 hours, with delivery typically taking 3-7 business days, depending on the city and state.
Kindly be aware that for all Personalized/Pre-order items, there is a production time of up to 10 working days, and dispatch cannot occur earlier than that period.
Express Shipping (Air Shipping) is open to everyone, but it exclusively pertains to the shipping phase, not the production time. Please be aware that the dispatch time for Express Shipping is 24-36 hours, and the subsequent shipping duration ranges from 2-5 days, contingent upon the city and state.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not an option for Personalized Orders and orders exceeding Rs 1500/-.
The available coupon codes are subject to specific conditions, and their applicability is determined at our discretion.

Important Information - International Shipping
Enjoy free shipping on orders exceeding $150, and a flat fee of $20 for orders below $150.
Typically, international orders are delivered within 7-15 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays in India for standard deliveries.
Please note that international shipments are not eligible for any kind of returns or exchanges unless a product has been damaged.
Customs and import duties
Duties and taxes for international orders are not integrated into the product or shipping costs. It is your responsibility to settle the relevant duties and taxes directly with the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx, etc.) upon receipt of an invoice from the shipping agent during the order delivery process. Failure to make the required payment for duties and taxes may result in Zevar Club being unable to consider a refund request.

Refund Policy
Shopping online can sometimes be complex, and Zevar Club truly understands that. We know you might need some time to decide if your purchase is just right or if you'd prefer to return it because it didn't meet your expectations. That's why we offer a 3-day window for you to make that decision.
Terms of Returns
- We offer a 3-day return policy. If it has been more than 3 days since you received the product, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging, invoice, and tags. Items lacking tags will not be accepted, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- There should be no scratches or deformities on the product's surface.
- Ensure that embellishments and sequins on the product are undamaged.
- Orders below Rs 1500: Rs 90
- Orders above Rs 1500: Rs 180
- For exchanges, the shipping charge is Rs 135.
Terms of Refund
- Damaged or missing products will not be refunded; however, we can provide an exchange if applicable. An unboxing video of the package before opening is mandatory for damaged product claims.
- Report any damaged or missing items via email within 72 hours of receipt, attaching photos or an unboxing video of the package before opening it along with your return request. Failure to report within this timeframe will result in no replacements being issued.
- Refunds for Returns: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Once we receive and inspect your return (which may take 5-7 working days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited in the form of store credits to your Zevar Club account within 5-7 business days. The entire process may take 10–12 business days.
Terms of Exchange
- If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please submit an exchange request within 72 hours of receiving your order, accompanied by a picture of the items and an unboxing video and packing slip.
- The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
How to Register a Return/Exchange Request
- Email us at zevarclub@gmail.com and send a WhatsApp message to +91 93116 84536 with your order number, product details/SKU code, and the reason for returning the product(s). Attach an unboxing video if the product is damaged.
- All return requests must be submitted within 3 days of product delivery.
- Once initiated, the request will be processed within 72 working hours.
- If the reverse order service (i.e., pick-up service) is not available in your area, you will need to send the product to us. We will provide you with the address.
- Ensure that the returned items are securely and safely packed to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect its quality. This is contingent upon your return meeting the criteria of being unused and sent back within 3 days.
- Allow a maximum of 12-15 business days for the return process to be completed.
Important Notes:
- Offer Products: There is no return and refund policy on offer products. We replace only damaged products with the same design.
- Handmade, Sale/Promotional Products, and International Orders: No exchanges or returns are accepted.
How to Shoot an Unboxing Video
- Show a 360-degree view of the parcel in its packed condition to confirm it has not been tampered with.
- Open the package while keeping the camera focused on the parcel.
- Unveil the products inside the parcel directly in front of the camera without removing them from the frame.
- Inspect the products for any damage, and if found, display it on camera before ending the recording.
